£1,750 (Projects below 200 sq ft only)
Scope of Service
This package is for online planning applications only and is applicable to projects below 200 sq ft.
No site visit is included.
The landlord/client must provide:
- Existing property drawings
- HM Land Registry Title Number
Included Architectural Services:
We will prepare the architectural design and the following planning drawings:
- Site Plan / Block Plan
- Existing Floor Plans
- Proposed Floor Plans
- Roof Plan
- Existing & Proposed Elevations
- Section Drawings (if applicable)
- Construction Detail Sections (if applicable)
Excluded:
The following items are not included in the £1,750 fee:
- Council planning application fees
- Structural calculations and structural design
- Any specialist consultant reports
- Any additional materials, surveys, or drawings required by the Local Authority or other statutory bodies
